Job Title: Customer Service Agent - Fintech Process

Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary Range: 23,000 INR to 25,000 INR

**Job Description**:
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents for our Fintech Process in Gurgaon. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients in the financial technology sector. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our fintech products and services.
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with account setup, account maintenance, and navigation of our fintech platform.
- Educate customers on the features and functionalities of our fintech products to maximize their usage and satisfaction.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established protocols and security measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with fintech products, digital banking platforms, and financial services regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
