Responsibilities:

- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the hospital's database.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information integrity.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
- Generate reports and presentations based on the analyzed data.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data and ensure consistency.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files in a systematic manner.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies or issues.
- Follow data entry protocols and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and security.
- Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex formulas.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
