Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Analyze data and prepare cost reports to track project expenses and identify potential cost savings.
- Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct on-site visits to inspect construction progress and identify any potential cost issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that project needs are met.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Excel, and estimating software.
