Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions. **Job role**: Telemarketer **Responsibilities**: - and direct calls. - Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand. - Acquiring and retaining contact information databases. - Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer. **Job Requirements**: - The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances. - Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to listen and solve problems.
