**Fiche de poste**:
Le ou la titulaire de ce poste effectue des appels commerciaux ainsi que des contrôles de routine auprès des clients existants et potentiels afin de conserver et d’augmenter les revenus. Il/elle recherche et analyse les tendances historiques d’expédition pour vérifier que le client se voit poser des questions ciblées. Le ou la titulaire de ce poste répond aux problèmes des clients (par exemple, la facturation, l’expédition, etc.) pour clarifier, résoudre et traiter les problèmes. Il/elle exécute d’autres tâches selon les besoins du service.
