Telesales agents also receive phone calls of people responding to direct marketing and advertising campaigns._

- _Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes._
- _Providing information to customers._
- _Monitoring sales performance._
- _Closing sales deals._
- _Keeping a record of calls and relevant details._
- _Updating customer details._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
