**Title: Performance Marketing Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Improve campaign performance by efficiently utilizing native marketing tools like Taboola and Quora.
- Supervise large-scale PPC campaigns on enterprise-level platforms, focusing on performance metrics.
- Create engaging ad copy, conduct thorough A/B testing, and optimize campaigns targeting Dynamic Search Ads, Remarketing, and dynamic remarketing.
- Perform thorough data analysis to uncover insights, guide decision-making processes, and enhance campaign outcomes.
- Manage audience targeting and keyword selection processes, implementing strong strategies to prevent click fraud.
- Stay updated on SEM and PPC trends, integrating innovative strategies into campaigns.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in PPC analysis, management, and optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
- Knowledge of online analytics tools including Google Analytics, Web Trends, and Tableau.
- Experience with various online marketing platforms such as Facebook, AdWords, and Yahoo.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional writing skills and content creation abilities.
