Be Body Wise, is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 4M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, Sleep and nutrition.
Little Joys, is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **
Scouting Influencers**: Your main mission? Discover thousands of influencers each month who fit our brand vibe and values. You’ll be our go-to for spotting talent
- ** Relationship Building**: Reach out, engage, and build strong relationships with influencers. You’ll be the friendly face they can count on.
- ** Negotiation Skills**: Very important, Use your negotiation skills to seal the deal with influencers, ensuring everyone walks away happy.
- ** Timely Execution**: Work efficiently and meet deadlines, keeping our campaigns running smoothly.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal are a must
- Strong negotiation skills to navigate those influencer deals.
- A genuine interest in influencer marketing, with at least a year of experience working with influencers.
- An eye for spotting potential influencers who align with our brand.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under strict timelines.
