At the heart of everything, Plum has a simple message: 'We have chemistry - with each other, with our product & especially with our customer.’The brand is driven by a strong leadership and investor team, focused on building value for people, the planet, and profit-sharing participants.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the brand and category teams to conceptualize and execute influencer marketing plans that set the brand apart from other skin care brands in the market.Build a close-knit, strong relationship with key influencers and work with them to develop them into brand advocates.Build systems and processes to track deliverables, timelines, and output across creators.Own campaign calendars, timelines, and dependencies to ensure 100% on-time execution (without a drop in quality) across all platforms.Partner with social media, brand, and category teams to streamline influencer activationsExperience & Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, brand management, or influencer marketing or any creative management roleVery passionate about the D2C or beauty industry OR influencer marketingExperience working with influencers, creators, or content-driven campaigns is NOT a mustCreative thinker who’s also highly organized and deadline-drivenPrior experience in a D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand is a good to haveLocation: Thane, Mumbai
