**Job Description:
Business Analyst for Treasury Risk product/solution implementations.
- Thorough analysis for system production issues faced and provide effective solutions
- Analysis of new requirement and translation of the same to Requirement Specification Document
- Detailed impact analysis on existing or new functionality, upstream, downstream systems, audit requirements and work with vendor IT, vendor to create solution
- Carrying out testing for the solutions and resolution of issues
- Working with internal customers to resolve the issues, enhance the current system to reduce the manual intervention
- Co-ordination with various departments, users, product team, and support teams like Operations, IT, Vendors for requirement gatherings, enhancements, etc.
- User training on system enhancements
- Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems

**Job Requirement**:

- Business understanding and Implementation experience of Treasury risk (market risk, counterparty risk products)
- Business Analyst skill set is must
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are a must to deal with various cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Well versed with Office tools like MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS projects etc.
