We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and assist in delivering top-tier sandwiches while maintaining the highest hygiene and food safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist the Head Chef & Kitchen Team**: Support the preparation and execution of the deli menu, including ingredient prep, sandwich assembly, and quality control.
- **Food Preparation**: Chop, slice, and portion fresh ingredients, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production.
- **Hygiene & Kitchen Maintenance**: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times, adhering to food safety standards and FSSAI regulations.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Follow health and safety protocols, including allergen management and safe food handling procedures.
- **Multitasking & Adaptability**: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, assisting in various kitchen tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a **Commis Chef** or **Kitchen Assistant** in a café, deli, or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
