**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Host and present video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to script, plan, and execute engaging videos.
- Showcase DR Tech Homes' services, projects, and designs with confidence and clarity.
- Conduct interviews and client testimonials when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and adapt to innovative content strategies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor representing the company’s brand.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video anchor, presenter, or similar role (experience in lifestyle or interior design content is a plus).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Comfortable in front of the camera with strong on-screen presence.
- Ability to engage with diverse audiences and convey information effectively.
- Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of interior design trends is an advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with video production and editing processes.
- Proficiency in handling live sessions on social media platforms.
- Flexibility to work on-location or in-studio as required.
