**Role Overview**:
As an Anchor at GrowthFather Pvt Ltd, you will be the face and voice of our brand in various media, including live events, video content, webinars, and online presentations. You will be responsible for presenting information in a clear, engaging, and professional manner, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our audience. Your role will involve collaborating with different teams to produce high-quality content and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Presentation**:

- Host and present video content, webinars, and live events for various digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct interviews with clients, industry experts, and internal team members to create informative and engaging content.
- Moderate panel discussions and Q&A sessions during webinars and live events.
- **Script Development and Collaboration**:

- Work with the Content and Creative teams to develop scripts and presentation materials.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for content improvement.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Engage with the audience during live events and webinars, responding to questions and facilitating discussions.
- Monitor audience feedback and interactions to improve future presentations and content.
- **Media Production**:

- Collaborate with the Video Production team to plan and execute high-quality video content.
- Assist in the production and post-production processes to ensure polished final products.
- Participate in promotional activities to increase the reach and impact of our digital marketing efforts.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and media presentation.
- Continuously refine presentation skills and techniques to enhance audience engagement.
- Provide insights and suggestions for new content formats and presentation methods.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an anchor or presenter, preferably in a digital marketing or media environment.
- Proven track record of hosting successful live events, webinars, and video content.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using presentation and video production tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
