
Customer Care Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure follow-up with customers to confirm issues are resolved and provide additional support if needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to address and resolve complex issues.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify and report recurring issues or trends to help improve processes and enhance customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer support or service role is preferred or Freshers are also eligible.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
