**Job Title: Female Fashion Designer**

**Location: Sector 53, Gurugram**

We are looking for a talented and motivated **Female Fashion Designer** with at least one year of work experience to join our creative team and help us shape our collections.

As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing women's apparel, including conceptualizing new styles, selecting fabrics, and ensuring designs align with current fashion trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create new and innovative designs for the brand’s collections.
- Research and stay updated on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to inform your designs.
- Assist in the creation of design samples, making necessary adjustments and improvements based on feedback.
- Contribute to the development of seasonal collections, ensuring designs align with brand identity and target market.
- Occasionally interact with clients for custom designs and style consultations, ensuring their preferences are met.

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in fashion design.

A degree or diploma in Fashion Design.

Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

Ability to sketch designs by hand and digitally.

In-depth knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.

A keen eye for detail, colour-coordination, and trend forecasting.

Excellent communication.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

A passion for fashion and an understanding of the brand's vision.

Strong portfolio showcasing your previous designs.
