**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Development**:

- Research and forecast emerging fashion trends and conceptualize fresh ideas for new collections.
- Sketch preliminary designs or use digital software to create illustrations.
- Select fabrics, colours, and textures based on trends and client preferences.
- Oversee garment production and ensure high-quality execution of designs.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to turn designs into finished products.
- Attend fittings and make necessary alterations to designs.
- **Market & Trend Research**:

- Stay updated on fashion trends, têxtiles, and fabrics.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure collections are innovative and competitive.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all garments meet the brand’s quality standards.
- Supervise the production process and ensure timely completion of designs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
- Strong knowledge of têxtiles, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Excellent creativity with a strong sense of fashion trends and the ability to forecast future styles.
- Great attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
