**Job Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer cum Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Academy and Agency, you will play a pivotal role in imparting industry-relevant knowledge to our students and contribute to the success of our client campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
**Training and Development**: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for our offline Digital Marketing courses.
Create and update course content to ensure it aligns with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Provide personalized guidance and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.

**Digital Marketing Execution**:Collaborate with the agency team to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for clients.
Stay abreast of industry developments to incorporate cutting-edge strategies into both training and campaign execution.

**Curriculum Enhancement**:Work closely with the curriculum development team to enhance and refine course materials based on industry changes and feedback from students.

**Mentorship**:Act as a mentor to students, offering insights into real-world challenges and sharing practical experiences from your digital marketing career.

**Client Interaction**:Engage with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives.
Translate client requirements into actionable digital marketing strategies and tactics.

**Reporting and Analysis**:Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of successful campaign execution.
- Excellent training and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in digital marketing or related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kunnamkulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
