**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Research & Identification**:

- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
- Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- **Outreach & Communication**:

- Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage potential clients and generate interest in the company’s products or services.
- **Lead Qualification**:

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their potential as prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and status updates within the CRM system.
- **Collaboration with Sales & Marketing**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding the quality and effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns.
- Assist in developing lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track and report on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline value.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a lead generation or sales development role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹8,813.10 - ₹21,010.52 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
