This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in the intersection of sales and customer relationship management.Engage with customers and respond to queries on Phone, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Email.Promote and market the National Pension Scheme (NPS) to individuals, corporates, and institutions.Conduct awareness sessions, seminars, and presentations to explain the benefits of NPS.• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.Assist customers in the process of opening and activating their NPS accountsSupport and guide individuals through the enrollment process.Collaborate with HR, CA, finance teams, and organizations for bulk enrollments.Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for subscriber acquisition.Provide regular reports on outreach activities and progress.Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups for bulk/corporate orders.Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):A recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, or Mass Communication.Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).A strong interest in customer experience and sales is essential.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.For more details, contact at on WhatsApp or walk-in in our Head office or (Priyanka)
