SEO & Social Media Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to manage our website's search engine optimization (SEO) and social media presence. As the SEO and social media manager, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging our target audience across various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO best practices, social media marketing strategies, and content creation.

**Responsibilities**:
**SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms.
- Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, title tags, header tags, and content optimization.
- Implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building and directory submissions.
- Ideate and manage Google Ad Campaigns. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and generate regular reports.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Create and optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
- Perform Competitor Analysis.
- Optimize Google My Business Profile.
- Implement local SEO strategies.

**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage social media calendars and schedule posts.
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant strategies.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
- Run social media advertising campaigns and analyze performance.
- Track and analyze social media metrics and generate reports.
- Build and maintain a strong online community.
- Ideation for creation of social media graphics and videos.
- Manage social media analytics and reporting tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in SEO and social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Experience with social media management platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and a team player that will contribute to a positive work environment
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
