**Job Title: Sports Science Expert**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement comprehensive physical assessment programs for athletes across various sports.
- Conduct detailed physical assessments and analyze data to improve athlete performance.
- Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and other professionals to develop customized training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in sports science.
- Provide expert advice and support to enhance the physical conditioning of athletes.
- Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions on sports science topics.

**Education**:

- PhD in Sports Science
- Master's degree in a related field

**Required Experience**:

- **Total Work Experience**: 25+ years
- **Experience in Sports Science**: 15+ years
- **Relevant Experience**: Proven track record in physical assessment programs across at least 7+ sports
- **Program Design**: Extensive experience in designing and implementing physical assessment programs for athletes

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Deep knowledge of sports science principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Passion for sports and athlete development.

**Location**:

- Based in Pink City, with opportunities for collaboration across India.
