**Job Summary**:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to drive organizational success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**:
- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
**Compliance & Risk Management**:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
**Team Leadership & Coordination**:
- Lead, train, and mentor operational team members.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and resolve any internal conflicts effectively.
**Financial & Budgeting Support**:
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with the finance team to manage operational costs efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for reducing expenses without compromising quality.
**Process Improvement & Technology Integration**:
- Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve workflow and productivity.
- Ensure the use of appropriate tools and systems for operational efficiency.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations or a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and other operational tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
