**Job description**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Strategy**
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage high-quality, original, and engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms.

**Community Management**
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster a strong brand connection.
- Monitor social media conversations and trends to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand advocacy.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize engagement, reach, and conversions.

**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, photography, and video editing (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other social media analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
