Nurse Educator

Develop and design curriculum and lesson plans that align with program goals and meet nursing education standards.
- Deliver engaging lectures, discussions, and workshops to impart theoretical knowledge and critical thinking skills to students.
- Demonstrate nursing techniques and best practices through live demonstrations, multimedia resources, and practical exercises.
- Provide guidance and supervision to students during clinical practice, ensuring adherence to patient care standards and ethical considerations.
- Collaborate with clinical preceptors to monitor student progress and offer timely feedback on clinical performance.
- Design, administer, and evaluate assessments, assignments, and exams to measure student comprehension and skill acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and performance, utilizing digital tools when appropriate.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of nursing education programs by collaborating with colleagues and nursing program directors.
- Provide mentorship and support to students, addressing their academic and professional needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new teaching strategies, technologies, and resources.
