**Urgent Requirement for Discharge Summary Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that discharge summaries are accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with various departments, including medical records, nursing, and medical staff, to streamline the discharge summary process.
- Ensuring effective communication with patients and their families regarding discharge instructions and follow-up care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, in the handling and dissemination of patient health information.
- Any other duties provided by the department

**Qualifications**:

- **Batchelor's Degree**:

- **Willing to work under shift**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:
