**Job Description**:

- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Monitoring, managing and updating website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc.
- Ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly
- Coordinating with the IT department to ensure website changes/updates are rolled out on time
- Work closely with different teams to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Identifying and resolving customer queries and project roadblocks. Managing inventory and demand planning based on sales data analysis.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. - Inspecting consumer product reviews

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 2 years (preferred)
- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (preferred)
