**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Host and manage internal and external events, employee engagement programs, and official functions.
- Prepare event scripts, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth flow of programs.
- Interact with audiences and guests, adding energy and professionalism to events.
- Support administrative activities such as handling documentation, managing supplies, and facility coordination.
- Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling, maintaining records, and internal communication.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning during non-event periods.
- Collaborate with HR/Admin teams for event planning, logistics, and execution.
- Graduate in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience in anchoring and administration.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Energetic, confident, and presentable personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and office management tasks.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing roles as per business needs.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
