**Product Development & Design**:

- Develop and manage prototypes and samples for leather products like handbags, wallets, and accessories.
- Ensure designs align with brand identity and quality standards.
- **Supplier & Manufacturing Liaison**:

- Coordinate with leather suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers for material sourcing and sampling.
- Manage day-to-day communication with factories and overseas partners.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the product development calendar, tracking progress at each stage.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones and timely delivery of products.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor and ensure products meet quality, durability, and functional standards.
- Conduct fit, function, and wear testing as needed.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with environmental and ethical standards in material sourcing and production.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with product development, production, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
