Known for quality craftsmanship, innovation, and reliability, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated talent to join our growing leather bags division.Role Overview: We’re looking for a Junior Merchandiser to support our Senior Merchandiser in coordinating sampling, production, and internal workflows for leather bags. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about leather manufacturing and export processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and tracking product samples as per client specifications.Coordinate with internal teams — sampling, sourcing, cutting, production, and QC — to ensure timely execution.Maintain production trackers, order updates, and material follow-ups using Excel or ERP.Support in preparing cost sheets, purchase orders, and internal reports.Monitor quality checkpoints and highlight any deviations to the Senior Merchandiser.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or Business.0–2 years of experience in merchandising or production coordination (leather goods preferred).Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP tools is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.Passion for product development and manufacturing.What We Offer: ✨ Competitive salary and benefits. 🌍 Exposure to international brands and export operations. 💼 Supportive work culture with learning opportunities.
