**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate manual milling machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining operations.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine attachments.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to specifications and make necessary adjustments.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of milling machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of machining operations, production output, and quality checks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator or in a similar machining role.
- Proficiency in operating manual milling machines.
- Knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and operate machinery for extended periods.

**Work Environment**:

- Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
- May require standing for long hours and lifting heavy materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
