Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive who can create engaging short-form videos using AI tools and manage social media campaigns across platforms. This role blends creativity, tech-savviness, and marketing instincts—perfect for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and publish short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Facebook, Youtube) using AI tools like Pictory, RunwayML, or Canva
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs tailored to each platform
- Manage posting schedules across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content strategy
- Maintain a weekly content calendar and performance report
- Coordinate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency

Skills & Tools
- Familiarity with AI video creation platforms (e.g., Pictory, Synthesia, RunwayML)
- Basic knowledge of social media algorithms and content trends
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to juggle multiple platforms and deadlines
- Bonus: Experience with ChatGPT or other AI copywriting tools

Growth Path

This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools and digital marketing strategies. High performers may be promoted to Digital Campaign Manager or Content Strategist roles.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
