Role: UI Designer

The UI Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences that align with business and customer needs. This role will report to the Marketing Director (Bangalore) while working closely with the U.S.based web team. The UI Designer will design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to enhance website usability and ensure a seamless user journey.

Additionally, this role will own and maintain the design system to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web pages and digital experiences

Collaborate with the web team in the U.S. to align design solutions with business and user requirements.

Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs onto the website and other digital platforms.

Collaborate with the UX researcher to incorporate user insights and feedback into design improvements.

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance digital interfaces.

Support marketing and product teams by creating visually appealing assets that improve engagement and conversion rates.

Own and maintain the design system to ensure consistency across web and digital properties.

Key Skills & Expertise

Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive web design.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.

Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience & Education

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
