**Creative Designer (Website)**:
**Location: Bangalore** [The role is hybrid. It is not fully remote. We expect the person to be in the office 2-3 days a week. The office is in Koramangala]
**Experience**: 2-5 years

**Responsibilities**:
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into unique and compelling web experiences.
3. Elevate websites' aesthetic and functional aspects
4. Stay abreast of the latest design trends and analyze data, to improve UI/UX continuously
5. Craft wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
6. Maintain design coherence and harmony across websites
7. Conduct thorough usability testing, collecting feedback to refine and enhance designs iteratively.
9. Work closely with developers to integrate creative elements seamlessly into the final web product.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated expertise (2-5 years) in crafting visually captivating and imaginative web designs.
3. Proficiency in design tools, especially in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, showcasing a flair for creative expression.
4. Understanding web design principles, UI aesthetics, and interactive design elements.
5. Ability to interpret data and translate it into design choices
6. Good communication skills with the capability to articulate and justify creative choices to stakeholders.
7. Detail-oriented mindset, committed to delivering high-quality, aesthetically pleasing designs within tight deadlines.
8. Strong portfolio highlighting a diverse range of creatively-driven web design projects and their successful outcomes.
9. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
