**Job Description: Customer Support Executive**

**Position**: Customer Support Executive

**Experience**: 3 to 5 years

**Location**: Nelson Manickam Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**:

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain retention.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on customer feedback and support activities.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and support tools.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and provide effective solutions.
