Content Development for Fintech space covering creation of engaging and informative content on various aspects of financial products including Personal loans, Co-Branded Credit Card, Gold Loan, Insurance etc. You will play a crucial role in crafting content that explains complex fintech concepts, explores industry trends, and promotes our organization's expertise in the fintech space.
- 1) Content Development: Create / develop high quality content including but not limited to Soft Skills, Fintech Products, process, Objection handling, assessment parameters, etc.
- In collaboration with other teams create & develop assessment parameters including mock call assessment & written test parameters
- Regular monitoring and evaluation of call center agent’s interactions with customers to revisit training content
- Identify challenges with current process to unearth problem area & create content around the same (objection handling)
- Setting up QC guidelines and structure

**Content Developer JD**:
Sector: Fintech space including Personal Loan, Co-branded Credit Cards, Gold Loan, Insurance etc.

Minimum 5- 7 years’ work experience

Experience with Excel and Power Point

Content Developer Responsibility (detailed):

- Research, conceptualize, and develop high-quality content related to fintech topics such as Personal Loans, Co-branded Credit Cards, Gold Loan, Insurance, etc.
- Create case studies, guides, and other forms of content that resonate with our target audience.
- Develop high quality training content including Soft Skills, Fintech Products, process, Objection handling, assessment parameters, etc.
- Adapt content for various platforms and audiences, including websites, social media channels, newsletters, and educational resources.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory developments, and technological advancements in fintech to incorporate timely and relevant information into content.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Measure content performance through analytics and user feedback to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Monitor feedback from Quality Assurance & trainers to modify / create new / revised content to drive efficiency
- Proficient with KYC process to create interactive content

Proficient with eMandate setup process to create interactive content

Experienced in setting up QC guidelines and structure

Experience with fintech products including but not limited to Personal Loans, Co-Branded credit cards, Gold loan, insurance etc.

Identifying challenges with current process to unearth problem area (objection handling).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
