**A day in the life**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a part-time Front Office Receptionist, to join our team and warmly welcome guests. In this role, you will be the face of the resort and the first point of call for all things Gold Coast, utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our guests with a memorable experience.
Day to day your duties will include guest check ins and check outs, accommodation reservations, processing payments, maintaining records, providing information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities, upsell products & services, answering incoming calls & general enquiries, assisting guests with their requests and work closely with other departments.
Full availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster between 7am-11pm, weekdays, nights, weekends & public holidays is required in this role.
**We’re looking for**
- Minimum 1-2 years front office receptionist experience in 4-5 star hotel/resort environment
- Experience in PMS Opera
- Deliver a high standard of quality customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests
- A professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work well under pressure, in a team environment and with diverse groups of people
- Excellent admin skills including attention to detail, problem solving, organisational and efficient time management skills
- Be friendly, confident, self motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
- Excellent personal presentation
