**We are Looking For VTL Programmer, Setter cum operator**

**Education**: Diploma / BE

**Experience**: We are looking minimum 2 year experience in Machine shop VTL Operating.

**Skill**:

- Prepare Job specific Quality plan and control plan as per drawing
- Operating, resetting & basic Programming (Fanuc controller For CNC VTL) Drawing study
- Quality instruments handling.
- selecting appropriate cutting tools, work holding fixtures, and machine parameters
- Knowledge of perform to turning, boring, drilling, and threading operations on various types of materials such as metals, plastics, and composites
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine setups, production data, and quality inspection results, documenting any deviations or issues encountered during the manufacturing process
- Collaboration: Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to prioritize workload, communicate production status, and ensure timely completion of orders
- Handling of precision tools Maintaining Machine as per check list should have experience in handling products VTL/CNC turning machines
- Maintaining Machine
- Training: Provide training and guidance to junior operators or new hires on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality standards to ensure consistency and proficiency across the team
- Knowledge Of 5S
