**Key accountabilities**
- Resource management across organisation
- Quality auditor: Ensure that the execution of tasks comply with relevant departmental processes and ISO standards
- Producing required Management reports
- Helping team with project setup, monitoring & metrics reporting
- Work with internal/external functional teams to gather requirements and document project process
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with technical resources and business unit partners as required
- To drive and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work with the PM on process development and training
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills & qualities we expect from you**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in PMO role.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills required
- Expert with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Strong administrative and organizational skills required,
- Attention to detail is key skill set
- A proven willingness to learn, a positive service attitude, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand work environment
- Some knowledge of project management methods and theories preferred
- Knowledge of Data analysis required
- Certification related to Project management will be advantageous.
- Microsoft SharePoint experience a plus

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
