**Who are we?**:
**In one sentence**:
The PMO professional provides a formal, centralized layer of project control and integration in the unit/account program and serves as a trusted advisor to the program managers, project managers and service partners. The PMO assumes both execution responsibilities of specific project management areas, as well as program management governance support responsibilities.

**What will your job look like?**:
- Working on the resource and budget domains
- Manage capacity and budget for all the unit’s projects and activities
- working with the finance team, program managers, Product teams and the unit’s leads
- Maintain various financial reports required both at team level and project level
- Work closely with Lead - Business budgeting & planning in processing various vendor invoices
- Analyze expenses to understand variances, trends against the budget, and review variances with leadership
- Multi-task in a high volume, fast-pace demands and changes work environment
- At least 3-5 years’ overall experience in PMO work, out of which 1-3 years with P&L / budget / capacity management domain.
- Experience in working with units of the relevant domain, such as SW development, delivery, testing, etc.
- High Excel capabilities.
- An analytical thinker with good logic and problem-solving skills.
- Team players with a high level of self-motivation and resourcefulness.
