School Teacher Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Program Coordinator to join Swavlamban Foundation, a renowned organization running a special school in Pali, Rajasthan. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing various programs and activities within our special school setting. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for supporting students with special needs will be critical in ensuring the smooth implementation of our programs and achieving positive outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of educational programs for students with special needs, ensuring they align with individualized education plans (IEPs) and educational objectives.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to develop and modify program goals, instructional strategies, and curriculum materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes and meet student goals.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff members, offering resources and strategies to enhance the delivery of services and optimize student learning experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program implementation, student progress, and program evaluation.
- Conduct regular meetings and communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and relevant stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and understanding of program objectives.
- Stay up to date with current trends, research, and best practices in special education to continually enhance program quality and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Development Management, Rural Development, Social Work, Public Policy, international developmentor a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Experience**:

- Experience in program coordination or leadership roles preferred.
