Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing automation projects.
- Coordinate between design, engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; update progress regularly.
- Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal teams for timely completion of tasks.
- Support in preparing project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
- Handle project-related communications and ensure proper documentation control.
- Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Assist in project testing, trials, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards during project execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in automation / robotics / industrial engineering sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of automation systems, robotics, or industrial equipment (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
