- Manage employee performance and conduct investigations into employee grievances and complaints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR supervisor or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
