Job Title: Marketing Sales Executive

Company Overview:
We are a iWASHHUB, a rapidly growing organization in the Landomart. We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Marketing Executives. As a Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to promote our products/services and engage with potential customers through various channels. This is a part-time job with flexible working hours and a fixed salary.

**Duties**:
1. Customer Acquisition:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers, providing them with detailed information about our offerings and benefits.
- Implement door-to-door marketing strategies by distributing flyers and engaging in direct conversations with potential customers.

2. Marketing Materials Distribution:

- Ensure the distribution of flyers and other promotional materials in target areas, such as residential neighborhoods, commercial centers, and community events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify high-traffic areas and strategic locations for maximum visibility.

3. Brand Promotion:

- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the company during interactions with customers and prospects.
- Share feedback and insights from customers to improve our products/services and marketing strategies.

4. Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent educational qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in [mention the preferred language].
- Possess a smartphone for making calls and managing customer data.
- Own a bike for convenient transportation to different locations.

5. Duty Hours:

- The job requires a commitment of 6 hours daily, providing flexibility to accommodate personal schedules.

6. Salary:

- The salary for the position is fixed at ₹8000 per month.
- There are no sales targets associated with this role, ensuring a stress-free work environment focused on customer engagement and promotion.

7. Target:

- The daily target for the Marketing Executive is to acquire contact information from 100 potential customers.
- The emphasis is on building relationships and engaging customers rather than achieving sales quotas.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
