Dantam Dental Clinic, a leading provider of comprehensive dental care, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at our Kokapet, Gachibowli, and Chintal branches. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring top-notch patient care. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about dentistry and committed to delivering exceptional service to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Assisting Chairside**: Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.

2. **Sterilization and Maintenance**: Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

3. **Patient Care**: Assist in providing patient care by preparing treatment rooms, taking and developing dental X-rays, recording medical histories, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices.

4. **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team, including dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

6. **Patient Comfort**: Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing a supportive and caring environment throughout their dental visit.

7. **Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, including HIPAA regulations, to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.

**Requirements**:
1. **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a dental assisting program or relevant certification preferred.

3. **Certification**: Certification in dental radiography and CPR preferred.

4. **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using dental software and computer systems.

5. **Professionalism**: Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude towards patients and colleagues.

6. **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per the clinic's schedule.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
