The company is backed by prominent investors including Accel, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Leeds Illuminate, Prosus Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and Bertelsmann. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build and manage the lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from globally renowned B - Schools such IIMs and International Business Schools to senior and top management executives across India and the APAC region. - Ensuring that details pertaining to lead discussions are updated in real-time on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software - Guiding and following up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers - Developing best practices for interaction with customers including standard FAQs to ensure that we are capturing value and ensuring the appropriate programs are recommended - Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management - Self-contributor role - Demonstrates an infectious positive attitude toward the job, the team, and the organization **Skills & Qualifications**: - Good to have, proven inside sales/ consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition targets. - Good to have, experience in successfully engaging with senior executives (CXO and VP/SVP) in sales of products costing over Rs5L. - Overall 1+ Year(s) of work experience with B2C sales is mandatory. - Excellent verbal, written communication, listening and data analysis skills - Strong phone presence "and comfortable doing high quality online presentations over video calls. - Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Excel and Salesforce - An entrepreneurial spirit to work in a start-up culture with a diverse and global talent pool - Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs. Flawless follow-up skills to ensure that leads move to closure - Ability to be pleasantly persistent with customers.
