This role is perfect for someone who’s just starting their career in sales, enjoys engaging conversations, and is eager to work in a high-performance environment.As a Program Advisor, you’ll connect with potential learners, guide them through our programs, and help them take the next big step in their careers.Key Responsibilities● Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.● Reach out to webinar/masterclass registrants before sessions and engage with thempost-sessions.● Build a quick rapport, understand learner needs, and recommend suitable programs.● Explain program features, address queries, and ensure smooth enrollment.● Maintain lead data and communication updates in CRM.● Track key metrics such as connects made, meaningful conversations, and conversions.● Identify opportunities for upselling and continuous engagement.Role RequirementsEssential:● Excellent English communication skills (non-negotiable).● Comfortable speaking with senior professionals.● Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.● Flexibility to work US night shifts (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM).● Curiosity or interest in AI and emerging tech.Nice-to-Have:● Exposure to marketing (SEO, performance marketing).Why Join IK?● Permanent Work From Home setup.● Attractive incentives with no earning cap.● Opportunity to learn end-to-end sales and international communication.● Mentorship from experienced sales professionals.● High-performing culture with growth opportunities and full-time conversion potential.
