**Designation**:Operations Executive

**Working hours**: 11 AM - 8 PM

**Working days**: 6 days working

**Job Description & Duties**

1. Booking Management:

- Oversee daily vehicle assignment operations to ensure all customer bookings are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Ensure all bookings are assigned at a target Cost Price and completed within 24 hours of receiving the booking.

2. Vendor & Vehicle Management:

- Build, repair and maintain strong relationships with vehicle vendors to ensure continued partnership.
- Source new vehicles and vendors to expand SimplyTrip’s fleet in various cities.
- Conduct vendor registration and maintain an updated database. Ensure all assigned vehicles meet SimplyTrip’s quality standards.

3. Cost Control & Profitability:

- Ensure sufficient margins are maintained when assigning bookings to vendors.
- Process advance payments to vendors to confirm bookings and secure vehicle availability.

4. Collaboration & Support:

- Work closely with the Customer Support (CS), Operations (OPS), and Supply teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist the Sales team with their queries to help them close more bookings effectively.
- Co-operate with the OPS team regarding preventive actions taken against vendors or vehicles to minimize complaints.

**Knowledge & Experience Required**:

- Understanding of the travel / transportation / logistics industry
- Experience of working & negotiating with vendors
- Understanding/strong grasp of cost-price calculations of the industry
