Enterprise Solution Architect

**BU / Function Description**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Understand and leverage TE’s technology stack of Adobe products (AEM, Analytics. Mobile, Target); eCommerce Solutions (Hybris); and Endeca Search Engine and future technologies
- Provide technical direction to development team based in Bangalore
- Liaison between TE Digital Architects and developers to translate strategies into robust solutions
- Design and develop technical proposals, usability studies, software evaluations, technical qualifications and buy vs. build recommendations as needed
- Serve as a technical advisor and influence TE in optimizing the use of our product suite to deliver solutions for Extraordinary Digital Experience and Multi-Channel Content Delivery.
- Partner with various teams including other eBusiness teams, operations (I&O), database, network and security to design, implement, maintain, and monitor systems
- Work with a variety of vendor platforms and custom developed solutions.
- Demonstrate ability to adapt and learn emerging technologies in this space. Challenge self and team to innovate and keep up with market trends.

**Competencies And Experience Required**:

- 10 to 15+ years of IT experience implementing enterprise-wide eBusiness solutions, minimum 5 years in Java & Angular and 2 years’ experience leading front-end developers.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or Engineering OR equivalent experience and knowledge required.
- Expert level hands on knowledge in Angular and Less framework. (Angular 1 and Angular 2)
- Excellent knowledge of AEM, HTML5, CSS3, LESS, Javascript, Jquery, Angular
- Excellent knowledge of Javacript MVC architecture and OOP programming style.
- Excellent organization, verbal / written communication skills and work in fast paced development environment interacting with product owners, business analysts, testers and developers, must be able to build relationships and communicate technology direction effectively to peers, developers and other IT teams.
- Help Planning, estimation, requirement analysis, designing, wireframing, layout design of assigned project and other ongoing projects in team with developers
- Handling coding works or major / complex parts of assigned projects, be an active member in the development team and providing coding help and supervision to team members
- Technical Agility to quickly adopt emerging trends and support new platforms implementations
- Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment. - Develop and document detailed architectures for mobile solutions on iOS / Android, and Windows phone/tablet and Hybrid platforms.
- Must be able to occasionally travel worldwide and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications.
- Web/internet technologies including: Hybris, AEM, Java, J2EE, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, Linux, JBoss, Websphere, Apache, web services, middleware and open source packages/libraries.
- Functional Knowledge of Commerce, Retail, B2B, B2C, transport, manufacturing domains using Hybris, ATG, Java, J2EE, Endeca, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Demandware, AWS technologies is preferred
- Hands on Knowledge of AEM, Angular, HTML5 and Less technologies or related technology
