**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**:

- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO to improve website visibility.
- Perform ongoing keyword research to identify new ranking opportunities.
- Optimize website structure, content, and landing pages for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze search engine performance using tools like **Google Search Console** and **SEMrush**.
- **SMM (Social Media Marketing)**:

- Develop, manage, and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform.
- Schedule regular posts and track audience engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- **SMO (Social Media Optimization)**:

- Implement techniques to enhance engagement across social media platforms.
- Encourage and grow social sharing to expand brand visibility.
- **SEM (Search Engine Marketing)**:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads).
- Handle bidding strategies, ad copy, and targeting to maximize campaign ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and strategies for better conversion rates.
- **Graphic Design and Content Creation**:

- Utilize **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator** to design visuals for social media, website, and paid ads.
- Create eye-catching graphics, banners, and infographics to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure visuals align with brand tone and messaging.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and report campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics**, **Facebook Insights**, and **LinkedIn Analytics**.
- Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve results.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive branding and effective campaign execution.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
