**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Prepare ingredients and food items according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- **Cooking**: Cook food to the right specifications (grilling, frying, baking, etc.) in a timely manner, ensuring all food items are hot and fresh.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Assemble food items into orders as per customer requests, following the restaurant’s menu and guidelines.
- **Food Safety**: Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and blenders safely, and keep it clean and in good working condition.
- **Stocking**: Ensure kitchen stations are stocked with the necessary ingredients and supplies, and notify management of low stock or inventory needs.
- **Customer Service**: Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-line employees to ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered to customers quickly.
- **Cleanliness**: Keep the kitchen, cooking areas, and utensils clean, organized, and in compliance with health regulations.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other cooks, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
